Paga

Sacred Crocodile Ponds of Paga

Have you ever seen or touched a crocodile 🐊?

Paga is a village just on the border between Ghana and Burkina Faso, about 45 minutes from Sumbrungu. The tale holds that Paga is a village where crocodiles and humans beings live together without hurting one another. The crocodiles never attack the humans and children even swim in the ponds without getting hurt. Isn't that amazing😲!

The crocodiles are very docile and calm, you can even touch them, sit on them and hold their tale. Paga is really a great place to visit during your stay in Adua Lodge.
